How do I log my miles?

Once you have registered for the event, you will create your profile page. On this page, you'll find a 'My fitness activity' tab and this is where you can connect your device to Strava or Fitbit. Total miles you've clocked up will usually be added automatically however it can take up to a day to synch your new totals.

You can also manually add the miles you've run, walked or cycled to your profile page if you would prefer to track your progress this way.

Do I have to use an app to log my miles?

You don’t have to use an app. You can also manually add your miles through your event profile page.

Do I have to do all my miles at once?

You can choose to complete your miles at any time to fit around your schedule.

How will we reach the finish line?

We’re confident that together, we'll reach our collective 6350 mile total (12.7 million footsteps) by the end of March 2022. To help us reach our target goal, be sure to set yourself an ambitious but realistic distance target between January and the end of March!

How will my £12.70 help?

Right from the start, your registration fee could help families with tools, seeds and training in sustainable farming, soil health and rainwater harvesting so they can stand up to extreme weather and grow enough to eat. Your registration fee also helps us to bring this event to our supporters, please note we will not claim gift aid on this.
